Are my viewing habits shared or monitored?

Never!

We are dedicated to the protection of consumer privacy.  Streaming Media Defender™ is a software system that was designed to protect the privacy of the consumer in every conceivable method.  Live Square is an independent, privately held company, that is not required to share or release information about its consumers.

We do not track your viewing habits, no do we facilitate tracking your viewing habits.  We do not offer information about our clients or their consumers.

Our clients only have access to the licenses they issued to the consumer.  Our systems do not allow our clients to view licenses issued by other media companies.  Therefore, the only consumer information available to our clients it what they already know.

An example of this is as follows;

Our client, "Company A", issues a media license for a movie to "Consumer A".  Another client, "Company B", issues a license for a song to the same "Consumer A".  If "Consumer A" calls either company for support, either company will not see the other company's issued license.  Therefore, the consumer's privacy is protected from either company seeing licenses not issued by them.
